Service Packages
Track service packages where a person purchased a certain amount of services, products, or activities that they get or use up one at a time.
We'll be using the "Buy X Get One Free" program as a basis, but using it in a VERY different way than it was intended.

Setup:
To setup a Service Package program, select the "Buy X Get 1 Free" program style when creating a new campaign.
How to set it up: - Add a new campaign from the control panel (The first screen after you log-in).
- Select "Buy X Get 1 Free Program" from the list of campaigns.
- On the congratulations screen, click on "Take Me There" to set up your reward levels.
Click
the "Add a Service or Product" button to add one of the types of item or service that the customer will get with the purchase of their Service Package.
- Enter in the value of "1" under "How Many Until Next Is Free". (It's not really that it will be free, but only creating the ability to deduct one item at a time, later.) Click "Add" when done.
- Repeat the last step for as many items as you want to track. If you're going to be adding a lot of items, you can change the "default number of products or services" to "1" so that it's already pre-entered when you create a new item.
How to use it:
When a customer purchases a service package, add each of the items that the package includes so that the customer starts with a balance of all the items that they will be later be deducting from, one at a time. You can optionally enter a description, such as a receipt, transaction, or credit card number on one or all of the transactions.
The result will be a balance that shows the number of each item that the customer will be able to deduct from later.
Now, each time the customer comes in and uses up/gets one of the items in their membership, you select it from the "Rewards Table" and deduct it. The balance will immediately be reduced by one for the item you selected. Make sure to add or define a button on your POS to
identify the source of the payment as this Membership program, and you'll make your accountant
very happy.
