About Our Free Trial

How long does my Unlimited Free Trial Last?
Funny you should ask. Like it says, Unlimited. Yep, it's unlimited, meaning forever, as long as you have only 10 or less customers in the system. Although, if you sign up and don't use your account for more than 90 days we will place it in the freezer. After that we'll delete it with no activity after 6 months. We say this with a big grin as we haven't had to delete any accounts so far, but it could happen. (Naahh.)

Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Only after you add your 11th customer does StickyStreet become a Pay As You Grow service - which is pretty cool. Once you hit 11 and onward, StickyStreet will automagically create an invoice for you to pay online: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Prices are in US dollars.

What is my commitment?
None. You do not commit to any long term contracts. If you decide to cancel and are on a paid plan you'll be billed for the current month and that's it. End of Story. Period.

Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. Although we would be sorry to see you go, you can cancel your account at any time by sending an email to support@stickystreet.com. If you don't pay your bill for more than 15 days, we'll suspend your account. It's as easy as that.

Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely not! You don't need to. The genius behind StickyStreet is that there's never any plan to change. You simply pay for what you use. You never have to upgrade or downgrade, the system will do it automagically. There are never any additional charges when you move up and down levels based on your current client count.
