What is a campaign?
We call a campaign a particular gift cardor loyalty program that you create for a set of customers. So for example, you can create a Gift Card campaign to track gift cards that you sell to your customers. You can also create another Gift Card campaign to track VIP Gift Cards for your best customers. Another type could be a Traditional Points-based Rewards campaign whereby your customers accumulated points for each purchase they make. StickyStreet offers five different types of campaigns, to cover practically any giftcard and loyalty program variation.

What type of campaigns are there?
StickyStreet offers a variety of types of campaigns to support the vast majority of loyalty and gift card program variations. These are detailed in the Support section, under the heading "Campaign Types".

Can I have more than one loyalty campaign?
Yes. StickyStreet allows you to have as many loyalty, and/or gift card campaigns as you would like. You can switch back and forth easily between them, and each card / customer can have balance(s) on any or all of them.

Can my business offer a loyalty program AND have gift cards?
Yes.You can have any number of Loyalty Campaigns and a Gift Card Campaigns simultaneously using StickyStreet, and your customers only need one account.
