Transaction history shows

x Bookmark Generator: Allows administrators to set-up bookmarks that can automatically log-in a user into a particular campaign.
x Card Manager that allows you to delete cards along with their user and transaction information. You can search cards / accounts by:
 
  • Card number / account unique ID
  • First Name and/or Last Name
  • Sorted List by card number / account unique ID, first name, last name, date of last transaction.


Employees can be added to the account with their own login to control who can access which features on selected campaigns. The types of access are:

Administrator: Has access to everything.

x Manager: Has access to everything within allowed campaigns and limited access to account-wide settings. Can generate reports, and can add or edit but not delete account users.
x Associate Manager: Can manage rewards and promotions within allowed campaigns, and manage all aspects of customer visits.
x Clerk: Within allowed campaigns, can create & edit customer cards, and only record & redeem customer visits.
x Temp: Within allowed campaigns, can only create new customer cards, and only record customer visits.
x Accountant: Can generate reports, view account billing info and campaign settings, but cannot view customer info.
x Observer: Can view user & customer info and certain campaign settings (rewards and promotions.)


Reports can be generated for any date range to help your accounting and marketing efforts.

  • Current Campaign Totals.
x Marketing:

 

   
  • New Customers.
  • Frequent Customers based on a given number of visits.
